Purchase & Delivery: The gift card is exclusively digital and can only be purchased online. Upon purchase, it is promptly sent to the recipient’s email address, ensuring a seamless and eco-friendly transaction. Redemption Process: To redeem, recipients must create an online account in our shop. After the account is set up, the e-Gift Card code received in the email should be entered in the ‘My e-Gift Cards’ section under ‘My Account’. Once added, the value of the gift card is immediately available for use. To apply your e-Gift Card balance you will need to select one of two options under “Apply e-Gift Card balance” at checkout. The options allow you to either apply a partial or full amount to your order. Validity & Expiration: The e-Gift Card code must be redeemed within 12 months from the receipt, after which the code will become invalid. There is no expiration date for the value of the added e-Gift Card; it can be used at any time on any eligible products. Flexibility: The e-Gift Card provides the flexibility to use its value partially or in full, making it a user-friendly option for all your shopping needs.
