Collaborating with prominent industry experts such as Sheepey Built, Whitfield Manufacturing, and JRP Canada, CSF leveraged its cutting-edge technology to develop a versatile, universal radiator solution. Product Details Historically, procuring a drag race radiator involved a complex and time-consuming process, often requiring custom orders based on specific connection and mounting requirements. This procedure typically extended over 2 to 4 weeks and incurred substantial costs. CSF has streamlined this process by maintaining ample inventory of the KING Cooler in both of its coastal warehouses, as well as in the stock of distributors and authorized dealers globally. The universal fitment design facilitates mounting in multiple configurations, enhancing adaptability across diverse vehicle setups. Thanks to its advanced heat-transfer capabilities and innovative design features, the KING Cooler is suitable for a broad spectrum of racing and on-road applications. Unlike conventional oval-shaped “O” type radiator tubes, CSF employs a uniquely engineered “B”-shaped tube. These tubes are meticulously formed and brazed over the seam to ensure a hermetic seal. This design innovation allows the use of thinner and lighter aluminum material, delivering superior cooling efficiency while providing greater structural strength compared to traditional welded “O” shaped tubes. The radiator’s end tanks are precision-engineered with 1 5/16″-12 threaded bungs, compatible with the included 1.25-inch slip-on fittings and -16 inlet/outlet fittings. This configuration simplifies installation and offers enhanced customization options to accommodate various vehicle setups. The KING Cooler also includes a high-performance 9-inch SPAL puller fan (SPAL PN: 3010039) with all necessary mounting hardware. The fan shroud is laser cut and TIG welded directly onto the radiator, optimizing airflow and cooling efficiency. Customers may select between a hand-polished mirror finish (#7065), achieved through a meticulous 1-hour polishing process, or a satin black finish (#7065B) for a refined, stealth aesthetic.
