The original UP! shift system has very long shift throws. The little car suffers from this lorry-type shift system, and takes away the pleasure in sporty driving. We have designed a very special short throw shifter kit for these cars. By fitting this new short shift linkage kit, you will have a gear throw shortening of 40%.The beautiful factory gear stick model, look and height remain unchanged. The short shifter kit can be fitted on top of the gearbox where the original shift linkage is located. Gear changes are much quicker, crisper and precise. You can now use your gearstick as a rally style shifter which makes short click-clack shifts.
