Shipping Countries: United Kingdom (UK)
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please be aware that we may experience potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

KITS UK will honour any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 3 months of purchased items.
Please make sure that ALL of the following conditions are met:
- The product(s) have been fitted correctly to your vehicle, by ourselves
- The claimed fault is a manufacturer defect, rather than damage caused by ill-fitting.
- The defect hasn’t been caused as a result of previous damage (stone chips, scrapes, accidents etc).
- The product in question is a genuine KITS UK item purchased through ourselves
Warranties on all electronics for infotainment are subject to our 3 months warranty. Warranties on these products are activated from the date of purchase in accordance to manufacturers guidelines and terms of purchase. Claims made against these products must be made within 3 months of the purchase date.
Any services which KITS UK provide and outsource will be covered by our warranty policies.
Customers will be required to organise their own shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.
Upon receiving your items for your warranty claim, we will aim to process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once your claim has been confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
Warranty Conditions for items fitted
Any items which have been subject to our on site fitting must be returned to us for rectification. No exceptions.
All items are covered under our fitting warranty upon return to us. KITS UK will not subsidise any rectification work with a third party or away from our facility at any time, Buy making your purchase, you agree to these terms without question.
