MTC Motorsport E90-E93 BMW 335d Intercooler, DPF Delete and Boost Hose
Please note due to this kit including the boost hose, it is not suitable for the 330d and 325d models. If you wish to purchase the intercooler on its own, it will fit.
The intercooler end tanks were designed on a CAD programme for the best flow possible and cast in alloy.
They also have the BMW fittings welded to the end tanks so will fit to the standard hoses perfectly.
The size of the core is 520mm x 200mm x 150mm and it is stepped up at the front for maximum surface area which is nearly 100% bigger the standard intercooler.
The intercooler is plug and play and is ready to be fitted to the car with no cutting or modifying required. This can be fitted without taking the bumper off.

We have engineered these intercoolers using a bar and plate core matched to our flowed cast end tanks to create the most surface area.
On a test vehicle we found that the E92 335d made 365bhp with the MTC Motorsport intercooler on a dyno dynamics rolling road. The intercooler will flow 500bhp and 42 psi without any issues.
This is the best intercooler on the market without a doubt, with a much lower price tag.
A common problem on the E Series 335D is the intercooler boost hose failing as the standard hose is unable to withstand the high pressures.

A common problem with diesel cars is that the DPF can block up it can be very costly to fix usually resulting in a new DPF. This DPF delete is an alternative with many other advantages.
